Since we visited some Greek tavern in the Old Town of the capital, he remained very creamy yogurt in mind (not Greek) called Labneh whom they served for dessert with honey and walnuts. Since then, I've had a fixation on yogurt cream that I found finally a butcher Arabic on street rhythm. Labneh is a strained yoghurt used in the Middle East that resembles crème fraiche least, a difference of taste, Labneh is more sour when French cream sweeter and fatter. Lycheele are some exotic fruits delicately refreshing taste with a slightly sour which are the hypermarkets canned peeled and pitted. Can be eaten straight from the box, but if you add a little yogurt, ice cream goes perfectly cool ice cube trays with a delicate aroma and exotic.
Preparation: Drain syrup lycheele. Put them in a food processor or blender along with half the syrup and pass them 1 minute. Add lime zest, sugar and yogurt and passes it to the composition becomes homogeneous.
Without putting ice cream machine in the freezer 1 hour, then remove it and mix it well to get rid of ice crystals on the edges. cool ice cube trays Repeat the process 3-4 times then every half hour until you get the desired consistency: slightly soft and not too frozen.

made today for the in-Laws and was a success. What I changed (no other way) I put lime peel (but mistakenly went well and so f) instead of sugar and vanilla sugar I put out great. Thanks for the tip. Again
