Cannon Dodge! Which job you are doing with such an old house :) Understand that you fell for the house, the huge potential. Love the old, even though it's huge job to work with but is indeed a charm in it :)
Many thanks for your nice post ... Sure, the house has potential, get shaved ice we fell for it right away, but it is vastly job ... It feels like it "never" runs out ... =) But that's the way it should be with the house, you should never be "finished" ... :)
