Ice cream, yogurt is one of our favorites. And prepare in various combinations: green tea with fruit. Ingredients: 1 200ml yogurt 2 egg yolks 1 sachet vanilla sugar 150 gr. 150 ml sugar. milk 200 ml whipped cream yolks with sugar and then rub the milk and simmer until the mixture begins to thicken. Then let cool. Cream beat. In cream gradually add yogurt, mixing further. Finally add the eggs and composition, ice cream maker ball mixing continuously increasing gradually. It gives the freezer. If you want to avoid ice crystals, longer mixes ever again after half an hour in the freezer. Enjoy!

Cristina, I can not imagine why there were no bold or what's left of them only umpic. To thicken, must boil. Da `I do not think that has anything. Anyway freezes and if the ingredients are palatable aisa not have as bad ice cream. Enjoy! tell me how it came out! Reply Delete

no need to mix every time you serve. ice cream maker ball do 2-3 times every half hour as not to form "those" for ice and become creamy. ice cream maker ball :) So ... if you have an ice cream making machine need not be mixed :) Delete
I make homemade ice cream maker ball ice cream for over 25 years as I learned from my grandmother, using only milk, whole eggs - and whites and yolk - (from "country" can not afford to throw anything sic) and sugar. It is the skill to stop cooking at the right time (but not "... eight, eight and a" beloved character as saying BD), for if not to "opt FIX" is "brânzeşte" (or, connoisseurs as "choose" cheese whey).
