Ice Recipe: Frozen Yogurt selbermachen variant 2
Recently we have published a recipe for Frozen Yogurt. It is well known, many roads lead to Rome. That is why today there is a further variant, how to prepare this popular ice. In this way it is very fast and tastes delicious and refreshing. Just the thing for summer temperatures.
Frozen Yogurt is one of my favorite ice cream varieties. One thing is very e ntscheidend for a good success: I use exclusively organic yogurt. I made this recipe many times and tried different natural yoghurts. Normal or even low-cost products often have too much acid, which then dominates the taste. I am not a bio-guru, but here you can tell the difference. Try it yourself once. On your feedback, I'm curious. I here sweet with honey and give a splash Limmettensaft it. One question I have for Frozen Yogurt. Is this because ice directly from the freezer creamy?
@ Jens: If your freezer only cools -10 C, then you can eat it right away. But if you have a standart regular room temperatures from -18 C, then I suggest your ice first to ask a half hour in the refrigerator. Then you see yourself if it takes a little longer.
